The new Rainbow Bridge at Boardman Arts Park gives anyone who has lost a pet a place to celebrate, memorialize, and honor their pet. This serene corner of the park features a pollinator garden and a bench near the bridge, for people to come and reflect, remember, and heal.
Because the Park is open to the public, we are unable to ensure the security of collars, tags, and small mementos left at the Rainbow Bridge. Families are welcome to leave keepsakes at their own risk, or consider participating in one of our remembrance tag-making sessions as a more lasting way to honor your pet.
When you’re ready, you’re invited to hang a tag, collar, or small remembrance on our Rainbow Bridge— a serene space created for reflection, healing, and celebrating the bond you shared.
The Park also offers four complimentary tag-making sessions led by local artist Kris Kolb each year for anyone who would like to create a remembrance tag for the Rainbow Bridge. Check back for scheduled tag making sessions.
