Roxanne Amidon, Executive Director

Roxanne Amidon founded Boardman Arts Park while the President of the Northwest Neighborhood Association in 2017, then went on to be the Executive Director in 2019.  She manages a renovation company AMIDONIAN llc with her husband.  Roxanne spent 30 years in the technology industry as a strategic planner, project manager and product manager

Roxanne Amidon founded Boardman Arts Park while the President of the Northwest Neighborhood Association in 2017, then went on to be the Executive Director in 2019.  She manages a renovation company AMIDONIAN llc with her husband.  Roxanne spent 30 years in the technology industry as a strategic planner, project manager and product manager.  She is a graduate of the Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business in Marketing. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis and Rotary; and volunteers with Delaware’s Main Street, Kiwanis, Rotary and People in Need.

Rachael has over 15 years of experience in marketing based roles that includes managing sponsorship integration, large scale event planning, customer service initiatives, social media planning, and overall project management of several brands. She is currently a member of Rotary, and volunteers as a Rotary Youth Exchange Officer and Galle

Rachael has over 15 years of experience in marketing based roles that includes managing sponsorship integration, large scale event planning, customer service initiatives, social media planning, and overall project management of several brands. She is currently a member of Rotary, and volunteers as a Rotary Youth Exchange Officer and Gallery Coordinator at Delaware City Vineyard church. She has a huge passion for the arts from years of dance training including performances, competitions, and professionally with the Columbus Crew Dance Team.

Jane Hawes is a longtime resident of Delaware and currently serves as a communications director in local government. She previously worked for the Dispatch Media Group as a reporter for The Columbus Dispatch and as editor of Columbus Parent Magazine. She earned her B.A. in Communications from Villanova University and her M.B.A. from Georg

Jane Hawes is a longtime resident of Delaware and currently serves as a communications director in local government. She previously worked for the Dispatch Media Group as a reporter for The Columbus Dispatch and as editor of Columbus Parent Magazine. She earned her B.A. in Communications from Villanova University and her M.B.A. from Georgetown University. Jane enjoys yoga, baking, gardening and traveling with her husband, Richard, who is a professor emeritus of exercise physiology at Ohio Wesleyan University as well as the head men’s and women’s swim coach. Their children, now grown, attended St. Mary School. Their daughter Emma and her husband Gabriele Frola are lead principals with the English National Ballet. Their son Colin and his wife Moira Meehan live in Williamsburg, Va., where Colin is a doctoral student in oceanography at the College of William & Mary.

Passionate about equality, diversity, and empowerment, she is deeply involved in nonprofit initiatives supporting underprivileged women and children worldwide. Mike Gregory is a creative professional with a strong background in marketing and brand development. He currently serves as the Marketing & Administrative Director at Habitat for Humanity of Delaware & Union Counties. His love for creating original music and exploring music design adds a creative dimension to his work, enhancing his ability to craft compelling stories and build meaningful connections. Mike holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University. Outside of his professional and volunteer work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin, and their three daughters.

Jenise Lefevre serves as the Development Coordinator at Turning Point, a leading organization supporting individuals and families fleeing domestic violence. With a background in Marketing and Development, she brings a passion for community education, engagement, advocacy in domestic violence, sexual assault, and anti-human trafficking eff

Jenise Lefevre serves as the Development Coordinator at Turning Point, a leading organization supporting individuals and families fleeing domestic violence. With a background in Marketing and Development, she brings a passion for community education, engagement, advocacy in domestic violence, sexual assault, and anti-human trafficking efforts. Jenise also champions Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion initiatives, striving to create inclusive and equitable spaces for all.

She earned her Nonprofit Leadership Certification through the Allstate Foundation in 2023, completing the program at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, where she is currently enrolled in their Executive Scholar program. Her passion for stronger communities is evident in her work, empowering communities through fundraising, outreach, and advocacy.

A proud resident of Delaware, Ohio, Jenise is married to her husband Adam of 11 years, and the mother of four daughters. Her family also includes a French Bulldog and a Boston Terrier. She enjoys road trips, hiking, and spending quality time with her family, embracing every opportunity for adventure and connection.

She is thrilled to serve as a Board Member at Boardman Arts Park, and looks forward to furthering her commitment to be a good steward of the Delaware community and beyond.

With nearly a decade as an Executive Business Partner at Google, Jordan Tuttle has honed her expertise in event planning and project management. From large-scale conferences and complex events to the intricacies of weddings and personal celebrations, Jordan brings a meticulous and creative approach to every occasion. Residing in Delaware’s Northwest Neighborhood with her husband, two daughters, and dog, she also dedicates her time to her community through volunteer work at the Boardman Arts Park and the Delaware Cooperative Preschool, where she enjoys contributing to local initiatives and engaging with community members. In her free time, Jordan is an avid reader, finds inspiration and enjoyment in exploring art in its various forms, and cherishes the moments spent with her family, whether it's enjoying outdoor activities, attending local events, or simply sharing quality time together.
