Tickets are $25 per person when purchased in advance and $30 per ticket the day of the tour.
Please note that when you purchase in advance, you will receive a ticket voucher confirmation. On the day of the tour you'll exchange this ticket voucher for a program (your official ticket) at Gallery 22 at 22 E Winter St. You must do this first before starting the tour.
Please be advised: There are no refunds, no rain dates, and properties are not ADA compliant.

Where does the tour start?
You will need to bring your e-ticket voucher or your pre-purchased ticket voucher to be exchanged at Gallery 22 (22 E Winter St, Delaware, OH 43015) for a program that serves as your official ticket on the day of the tour. This may be done at any time from 1:50pm until 5:30pm. With your program, you will also receive instructions, a map of the homes, and shoe covers to protect the floors of the homes you are visiting.
How do I purchase tickets?
There are three ways you can purchase tickets for the Holiday Home Tour.
Do I need to buy my ticket in advance?
No, but they are $25 in advance and $30 the day of the tour + payment method fees.
What time does the tour start?
The homes on the tour will be open to program (official ticket) carriers from 2pm to 6pm. It is a self-guided tour, so you may start any time after 2pm. (Please do not arrive early as homeowners may be doing some last-minute cleaning or decorating!)
How long does the tour take?
It varies but allow 1.5 hours to 2 hours to see all properties. Keep in mind that the homeowners have been instructed to close their doors at 6:00pm. Please be respectful of their time.
Do I need a ticket to enter each of the homes?
Absolutely! You will exchange your e-ticket voucher or pre-purchased ticket voucher for a program (official ticket) the day of the tour. This will be done at Gallery 22 located at 22 E Winter St, Delaware, OH 43015. You can exchange your voucher for the program any time between 1:50pm to 5:30pm. This program (official ticket) will be marked at the door of each residence so please carry yours with you. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO ANY OF THE HOMES WITHOUT YOUR PROGRAM AND NO ONE WILL BE RE-ADMITTED TO ANY ADDRESS.
Are strollers allowed on the tour?
No, strollers will not be allowed in any of the homes on tour.
Are there discounted prices for children?
No. Everyone on the tour must have a ticket, children included.
Do shoe coverings have to be worn in homes?
Yes, or you may take off your shoes if you are wearing socks.
Do I have to do the tour in a certain order?
No, you can go in any order you choose.
Do you offer discounts for groups?
No, we do not.
Will the homes be open past 6:00pm?
No. The homeowners have been instructed to close their doors promptly at 6:00pm. Please be respectful.
How do I get my tickets once they are purchased online?
Your online purchase will serve as your e-ticket voucher. Bring this voucher to Gallery 22 (22 E Winter St, Delaware, OH 43015) on the day of the tour to receive a program that serves as the official ticket. This may be done at any time from 1:50pm until 5:30pm.
If I already have my ticket, do I still have to go to Gallery 22?
Yes, the pre-purchased ticket you received serves as a voucher. You will need to exchange your e-ticket voucher or pre-purchased ticket voucher for a program (official ticket) at Gallery 22 (22 E Winter St, Delaware, OH 43015). Along with the program you will also receive instructions, a map of the homes, and shoe covers to protect the floors of the homes you are visiting.
Will transportation be provided for the tour?
No, there will be no shuttle service. The tour is self-guided, and a map is included in with your program along with the addresses of the homes on tour.
Are homes ADA compliant?
No. The homes on tour are not ADA compliant, as they are privately owned.
Are there refunds available for inclement weather?
No. Homes will be open for the tour regardless of the weather.
Is this event a fundraiser?
Yes! Proceeds from the tour support Boardman Arts Park.
