FAQs

When is the event? May 13, 2023


What are the visitor hours? Early shopping is 8am-9am and regular shopping is 9am-3pm 


How do I sign up? Fill out the vendor inquiries form online to express your interest – BoardmanArtsPark.org/Vendor-sign-up. Director@BoardmanArtsPark.org will reach out via email with more information. 


What is the cost and deadlines? A single space is $100 if purchased by April 1st. The booth price goes to $125 on April 1, and if there are any booths left, $150 on May 1.


How do I pay for the booth? Once confirmed, payment can be made via PayPal to Director@BoardmanArtsPark.org, Venmo to @BoardmanArtsPark, or a check can be mailed to: Boardman Arts Park, PO Box 242, Delaware OH 43015. Be sure to note your Business name. 


Can I select a spot? Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. We will attempt to space out similar products. 


What are set up hours? Saturday 6am-8am. 


Can I set up the night before? Yes, while the gates will be locked, there will not be security, so anything left there is at your own risk. 


Can I bring my own table and chairs? Can I have a tent? Yes, those are highly encouraged!


Can I rent tables and chairs? Yes, there is a modest fee. 


Will there be food available to purchase? Yes, food and drinks will be available from multiple food trucks. 


Will there be entertainment? Yes, there will be a vintage car show and musical performers in 2023. 


Is parking available for dealers and customers? Parking maps for patrons will be available as we get closer to the event. Vendors are asked to park in the lot at Washington and William (2 blocks from the event).


How big are the spaces? 20’x15’ 


Can vendors park in their spaces? Yes, if your vehicle can fit into the space. 


Do we collect sales taxes at this event? Each dealer is responsible for collecting and reporting all taxes to the state of Ohio. 


What is the admission price for patrons? $5 for the early bird entry, 8-9a; $3 from 9a – 3p. Cash and Venmo are accepted. 


Are children free? Yes! Children under 12 are free 


Can people bring pets? Pets that are on a leash of 6’ or less, behaving well and are cleaned up after, are welcome.


What Items can I bring / sell? Our show is an antique / vintage / artisan show with items from 40 years and over, repurposed and handmade items and crafts in a vintage and artistic style, art and plants. No vendors of sunglasses, socks, sports memorabilia, personal care products (unless homemade) and in general the type of non-vintage style or art items that you would normally find at a traditional flea market or thrift store. 


Is there a rain date? The show will go on rain or shine.
