Dealers can select from the 10' wide x 20' long tent location, or 20'x20' grass area.
How do I sign up? Complete the PayPal form with payment.
What happens after I pay? Your name will be recorded and the vendor setup committee will confirm with you.
What are set up hours? Friday 9a-2p and Saturday 7a-8a.
Can I only sign for one day? No, we need to ensure a consistent experience for our visitors.
Will you have security overnight? Yes. Gates will be closed from Friday, 9p until Saturday, 7a. Security will be onsite.
Will there be food available to purchase? Yes, food and drinks will be available. We are pursuing a liquor license so that beer will be available, and definitely coffee this year.
What are the visitor hours? Friday, 2p-8p; Saturday, 8a-3p.
Is parking available for visitors? Yes, there is a lot at the university across from the Arts Park that will offer free parking. An officer will be on duty to assist with traffic and pedestrian crossing.
Is parking available for dealers? Dealers can have their cars in their grassy spaces if they will fit; otherwise they are to be parked in a designated lot on the next block.
How big are the grass spaces? The grassy spaces are 20' x 20'. Vendors may use their own pop up tent.
Do we collect sales taxes at this event? Each dealer is responsible for collecting and reporting all taxes to the state of Ohio.
Can I mail my check in? You can also drop off payment with your name, address, email and phone number and what is being paid for in an envelope at the Delaware Antique Mall, 18 N Sandusky St, Delaware, Ohio 43015. Space is limited, so don't delay.
Are children free? Yes! Children under 12 are free.
Can I bring items which are not antiques? Our show is an antique/vintage show with items from 40 years and over. No vendors of crafts, soap, candles, non-vintage jewelry, sunglasses, socks and in general the type of non- vintage/antique items that you would normally find at a traditional flea market or thrift store.
How many people came last year? In 2018 we had 1,350 patrons, plus children attend. This year we expect to double it with additional advertising, expanded hours, and word of mouth.
